Each morning we greet the rising sun with a delicate ceremony that strengthens our intentions for the day. Breathing techniques that connect us to the life force will accompany us to bring our energies into flow and deepen the spiritual journey.
In the silence of our meditation sessions, we will listen to the messages of our souls and open to the wisdom that resides within us. Together we create a space of healing, transformation and awakening where each woman can experience her own unique journey.
We will also enjoy Aroma Yoga®, a sensory practice that combines essential oils with powerful yoga poses to awaken our senses and balance our energies.
We will immerse ourselves in circle work, uniting our energies and connecting with the natural elements. Through shamanic journeys and rituals, we will explore the deep wisdoms of the earth and the universe.
Through these rituals and practices, a deep connection to our primal femininity and goddess power unfolds. We remember the inner strength that rests within us, and open to the abundance of spiritual possibilities that surround us.

Bettina embodies down-to-earth spirituality and conscious being through connection, self-knowledge and empowerment. Her calling is to connect people and open their hearts to peace, love and thus healing for themselves and each other.
Specifically, she supports women to embrace their empowerment to live a free and self-determined life. Through body-oriented and trauma-informed energetic healing work, she holds the lovingly protected space so that the deepest fears and traumas can be faced and overcome. With her sensitive and benevolent nature she accompanies people mindfully through their inner and outer processes towards transformation and more awareness.
Through the dissolution of beliefs, oaths, vows, contracts as well as de-programming and de-education, true leaps in consciousness can be achieved. Bettina Greco's deepest soul wish is for every woman to begin to recognise herself in her essence, to free herself and to stop passing on destructive patterns to her own children. As a mother of two children, she is therefore especially committed to the protection of children and an attachment-oriented, free as well as natural unfolding.
Emmanuelle, a radiant keeper of spiritual light, walks in the world of energy and souls with a grace that touches people's hearts. Her calling is to create, through her energetic work, a space of self-empowerment where women can discover their true and innate power.

For the past 15 years, Emmanuelle has been spreading her magic to German-speaking countries, offering Aroma Yoga® Teacher Training online, retreats worldwide, and one-on-one consultations.
Her passion for the healing power of Mother Earth is also evident in her role as a Medium, Mujer Medicina and Transformative Body & Soul Coach, where she accompanies women in their most precious soul moments, whether during sacred conception, pregnancy or birth as a doula.

Frank is a true spiritual traveler who has been on a deep and heartfelt journey for 15 years now. His devotion is to the development of the heart and self-healing, and on this journey he has experienced amazing inner transformation.
As a compassionate teacher of various breathing techniques, Frank is committed to unfolding light consciousness and finding inner peace in everyday life. These loving techniques help people connect more deeply with their inner selves and heal themselves.
Frank has a wonderful gift for leading and guiding groups. In a safe and loving space he creates, people can grow and heal, inspired by his insightful guidance.
He lives and teaches the harmonious balance between the masculine and feminine energy, helping to bring healing and balance to these aspects of our being.
As a happy father of an adorable 5-year-old daughter and alongside his enchanting wife Emmanuelle, Frank experiences the beauty and gifts of family life in all its glory.
Frank would also like to express his deep gratitude to Ramona Veda. The teachings of the Rastoa® Academy - The High School of the Spirit - touches him deeply in his heart to this day and has been instrumental in shaping his spiritual path.
